FlyMe – Privacy Policy
Summary
FlyMe shows public departure and arrival boards of German airports. There is no account and no advertising. We do not ask for your name, email or location, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

2. What happens when you use the app
The Android app displays the FlyMe website (flyme.skylasec.net) inside the app. Opening it makes your device contact our server, which, like any web server, receives your IP address, device and browser type and the pages requested. These server logs are used only to run and secure the service and are deleted after a short period.
3. Flights you follow
The flights you follow, your language, airport and theme are stored only on your device (in the app's local storage). If you follow flights and allow notifications, the app checks the public board of the relevant airport in the background a few times an hour and notifies you when the status, gate or delay changes. For this, only the airport code is requested from our server; we do not receive a list of the flights you follow or any identifier of you.
4. Map and live flight position
The live map uses Mapbox. Your device loads map tiles and styles directly from Mapbox, which therefore receives your IP address and the map areas you view; see Mapbox's privacy policy. Aircraft positions are looked up by our server from public ADS-B sources using the flight number and airports of the flight you open; no information about you is sent.
5. Permissions
Internet: to load the boards and the map. Notifications (Android 13+): optional, only to tell you about changes to flights you follow. The app does not use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
6. No advertising, no sale of data
FlyMe contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and we do not sell or share personal data. App downloads and updates are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.
7. Deleting your data
Clear the app's storage or uninstall it to remove everything stored on your device. We hold no profile about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side except short-lived server logs.
8. Children
FlyMe is a general-purpose information service and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
9. Your rights & contact
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to a supervisory authority. Questions: [email protected].

FlyMe zeigt die öffentlichen Abflug- und Ankunftstafeln deutscher Flughäfen. Es gibt kein Konto und keine Werbung. Wir fragen weder nach Name, E-Mail noch Standort und verfolgen dich nicht über Apps oder Websites hinweg.

2. Was bei der Nutzung passiert
Die Android-App zeigt die FlyMe-Website (flyme.skylasec.net) in der App an. Dabei kontaktiert dein Gerät unseren Server, der wie jeder Webserver deine IP-Adresse, Geräte- und Browsertyp sowie die angeforderten Seiten erhält. Diese Server-Logs dienen nur dem Betrieb und der Sicherheit des Dienstes und werden nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht.
3. Flüge, denen du folgst
Verfolgte Flüge, Sprache, Flughafen und Design werden nur auf deinem Gerät gespeichert (lokaler Speicher der App). Wenn du Flügen folgst und Benachrichtigungen erlaubst, prüft die App im Hintergrund mehrmals pro Stunde die öffentliche Tafel des jeweiligen Flughafens und benachrichtigt dich bei Änderungen von Status, Gate oder Verspätung. Dafür wird nur der Flughafencode bei unserem Server abgefragt; wir erhalten weder eine Liste deiner verfolgten Flüge noch eine Kennung von dir.
4. Karte und Live-Position
Die Live-Karte nutzt Mapbox. Dein Gerät lädt Kartenkacheln und Stile direkt von Mapbox, das dadurch deine IP-Adresse und die angesehenen Kartenbereiche erhält; siehe Datenschutzerklärung von Mapbox. Flugzeugpositionen ruft unser Server anhand von Flugnummer und Flughäfen des geöffneten Flugs aus öffentlichen ADS-B-Quellen ab; Informationen über dich werden nicht gesendet.
5. Berechtigungen
Internet: zum Laden der Tafeln und der Karte. Benachrichtigungen (Android 13+): optional, nur für Änderungen an Flügen, denen du folgst. Standort, Kamera, Mikrofon, Kontakte und Dateien werden nicht verwendet.
6. Keine Werbung, kein Datenverkauf
FlyMe enthält keine Werbe- oder Analyse-SDKs; personenbezogene Daten werden weder verkauft noch weitergegeben. Downloads und Updates werden von Google Play gemäß Googles Datenschutzerklärung abgewickelt.
7. Löschung
Lösche den App-Speicher oder deinstalliere die App, um alles auf deinem Gerät zu entfernen. Wir führen kein Profil über dich; bei uns gibt es außer kurzlebigen Server-Logs nichts zu löschen.
8. Kinder
FlyMe ist ein allgemeiner Informationsdienst und erhebt wissentlich von niemandem Daten, auch nicht von Kindern.
9. Deine Rechte & Kontakt
Nach der DSGVO hast du Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde. Fragen: [email protected].

2. Kullanım sırasında ne olur
Android uygulaması, FlyMe sitesini (flyme.skylasec.net) uygulama içinde gösterir. Cihazınız sunucumuza bağlanır; sunucu, her web sunucusu gibi IP adresinizi, cihaz ve tarayıcı türünüzü ve istenen sayfaları alır. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca hizmetin işletilmesi ve güvenliği içindir ve kısa süre sonra silinir.
3. Takip ettiğiniz uçuşlar
Takip ettiğiniz uçuşlar, dil, havalimanı ve tema yalnızca cihazınızda (uygulamanın yerel depolamasında) saklanır. Uçuş takip edip bildirimlere izin verirseniz uygulama arka planda saatte birkaç kez ilgili havalimanının herkese açık tablosunu kontrol eder ve durum, kapı ya da gecikme değişirse sizi bilgilendirir. Bunun için sunucumuza yalnızca havalimanı kodu sorulur; takip ettiğiniz uçuşların listesini ya da size ait bir tanımlayıcıyı almayız.
4. Harita ve canlı konum
Canlı harita Mapbox kullanır. Cihazınız harita karolarını ve stillerini doğrudan Mapbox'tan yükler; dolayısıyla Mapbox IP adresinizi ve baktığınız harita bölgelerini alır, bkz. Mapbox gizlilik politikası. Uçak konumlarını sunucumuz, açtığınız uçuşun numarası ve havalimanlarıyla herkese açık ADS-B kaynaklarından sorgular; sizinle ilgili bilgi gönderilmez.
5. İzinler
İnternet: tabloları ve haritayı yüklemek için. Bildirimler (Android 13+): isteğe bağlı, yalnızca takip ettiğiniz uçuşlardaki değişiklikler için. Konum, kamera, mikrofon, kişiler ve dosyalar kullanılmaz.
6. Reklam yok, veri satışı yok
FlyMe reklam ya da analiz SDK'sı içermez; kişisel veri satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz. İndirme ve güncellemeler Google Play tarafından Google'ın gizlilik politikasına göre yürütülür.
7. Verilerinizi silme
Cihazınızdaki her şeyi silmek için uygulama depolamasını temizleyin ya da uygulamayı kaldırın. Hakkınızda profil tutmayız; kısa ömürlü sunucu kayıtları dışında silinecek bir şey yoktur.
8. Çocuklar
FlyMe genel amaçlı bir bilgi hizmetidir ve çocuklar dahil kimseden bilerek veri toplamaz.
9. Haklarınız ve iletişim
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz haklarına sahipsiniz. Sorularınız için: [email protected].
